Description
Benbulben Forest Walk is absolutely stunning. Get ready to check out one of the best trails and walks in Sligo with me. Bring a friend or your family and join me for an incredible adventure exploring Sligo’s best natural locations that will take your breath away. This walk suits all levels with plenty of walkways and trails, with forests, panoramic views of the Wild Atlantic Way, history and heritage, a little Irish Cottage and the majestic Benbulben towering over you.

This is a marked walk and gravel trail underneath the unique Benbulben Mountain (otherwise known as Benny!)
You will always be underneath for this tour looking up close and personal at the massive face of Benbulben. It almost feels like it's a wave coming at you!
You get to breathe in pure wilderness. Catch the amazing different smells of wildflowers and nature such as heather, Ash trees, Sycamore, Oak, Pine trees. I believe that the smells of nature make you live longer 100%, simple as that! I always say when you are passing the Kebab shop over in Newcastle, England and smell the kebabs you knock two months off your life! When you are on a trail like the Benbulben Forest Walk you put 2-6 months onto your life because you have refreshed your system and cleaned out the badness. Get to see hare, fox, deer, ravens, pigeons and loads of different types of insects and frogs. Tea break halfway through is optional!
